The dues are $200.00 per year. They are due April 15.  If you choose to split the dues, the other half is due Oct 15.

If you pay after May 1st and Nov 1st, per the HOA - Enforcement of Covenants and Assessments there is a $35.00 late fee added to the amount.

The dues can be paid by sending a check to the address or other option below.

You can now choose to pay by Debit or Credit Card thru PayPal.  Please click the box below.  You have the option to pay a full year dues or cut it in half.  Pay some now and some later in the year.

This year there is a charge for using the online payment choice.  A service fee of 3.49% + $0.49 will be added to the assessment and is paid to Pay Pal for the use of their online services.
