Board Member Elections:

Three nominations were made for the three board member positions. These are the same as those currently serving (Chris Worrell, Eric Legear, and Judy Littleton).

The Board Members will retain the current positions that they are currently in.

The members in attendance agreed to save the cost of elections and to keep the board members the same for the next two years.

This was passed by those in attendance.
